The Riverview Law Virtual Assistants are designed to help legal teams make quicker and better decisions. They are able to assist In-house legal teams by combining Riverview Law’s legal domain expertise with automation, expert systems, reporting, visualisations, data and management information.
With the successful launch of our first Virtual Assistants, we’re looking for energetic and enthusiastic individuals to join our Configuration team.
Key responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Receiving training on the configuration of Kim.
- Receiving and understanding instructions in relation to the setting up of workflows and processes within Kim.
- Configuring workflows within Kim to required specifications.
- Being able to demonstrate a clear understanding of, to clearly articulate and to implement positive User experiences within Kim.
- Providing first line support for all Kim Configuration matters, from implementation of a solution through to acting as a point of escalation thereafter for Kim configuration issues.
- Focusing on the User experience to ensure that the User has a seamless and effective experience from start to finish.
- Using our own internal Virtual Assistant to manage your work ensuring that accurate management information and trend data is captured.
- Improving the customer experience by continually refining our processes, including working closely with the IT development team.
- Training other members of the team in relation to the configuration of Kim.
- Delivering demonstrations and presentations to internal team members as well as external stakeholders (including prospective Customers).

You will have the ability both to work within a team as well as to operate independently. In particular, you will be able to:

- Work closely with all the key stakeholders across the business and customers to manage the team effectively.

Education / Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- A Level or equivalent.
Skills / Attributes / Experience
Key required skills include:
- Highly proficient IT skills (Word processing, Spreadsheets, Databases, MS Outlook) and accurate keyboard skills.
- Ability to demonstrate relevant experience of understanding, mapping out and implementing business processes and workflows.
- Articulate, confident and fluent communication skills with a good level of oral and written English.
- A commercial / pragmatic approach to problem solving with a strong ability to multi-task and prioritise.
- Ability to work within a fast paced and flexible working environment.
It would also be useful for you to be able to demonstrate relevant experience and knowledge of the following:
- Software development and implementation (from an end-user perspective).
- Use of Customer-facing business applications.

Other requirements
Ability to work flexible hours and from different locations from time to time, including occasional overnight stays as required.
Working between the hours of 8am and 6pm but also with the ability to work flexible hours and locations, including shift working and public holidays. Ability to work flexible hours and locations, including occasional overnight stays as required.
