Purpose of job:
To build collaborative, long term customer relationships and maximise Riverview Law business opportunities.
Key responsibilities include:
- To manage nominated accounts
- To grow long-term, collaborative and profitable partnerships with customer organisations
- To support large customer implementations
- To liaise effectively with all areas of the business to ensure a high standard of customer experience in all aspects of our service
Management:
- Is required to manage their own time effectively in order to complete workload and meet deadlines
- Must create, maintain and promote a productive and supportive relationship with all colleagues
- Will work closely with the Service Delivery and Customer teams, other key stakeholders across the business and clients to manage accounts effectively
- Project manage the introduction of new, or development of existing, Riverview Law services within customer organisations
- People manage across Client Management and Service Delivery teams
- Will plan effectively for each customer to deliver customer renewals, budgeted customer revenues, service improvements and enhancements

Education / Qualifications:
- Degree qualified of equivalent
Skills / Attributes / Experience:
- Excellent client management skills demonstrable from a track record of managing accounts and customer relationships in a B2B environment
- Highly organised and disciplined with the ability to manage projects involving a variety of stakeholders to achieve deadlines
- Ability to identify opportunities to introduce additional services into client companies
- A constructive approach to managing internal relationships and problem solving
- Aptitude to produce documents and client communications of the highest standard
- Articulate communicator, by e-mail, telephone and in person
- Experience of developing business plans and presentations to support commercial objectives
- Ability to work flexibly to deadlines and respond constructively to feedback
- Good level of IT literacy with the ability to quickly understand the Riverview Law IT environment and communicate it effectively to customers
