Our customers are typically global organisations who license the Riverview Law technology and service delivery platform for their own in-house function. These roles will continue to grow and develop in line with In-house Solutions meaning successful candidates will have extensive opportunities for learning and growth within Riverview Law.

We are building a team of first line of support for this innovative new product in our Wirral office. The support that the team will provide will cover all aspects of the Riverview Law In-House solutions including general customer enquiries. Successful candidates will have daily contact with large global businesses and will need to be enthusiastic, and customer focused and have excellent communication skills. They will be able to work well individually, using their initiative and will be comfortable working with all levels of seniority. Key responsibilities include:

  • Taking responsibility to provide excellent customer service to maximise the client experience
  • Regular calls and email communications with customers
  • Escalating issues to the relevant teams including our technical and legal teams
  • Seamlessly handling cases from start to finish
  • Using our case tracking system to manage queries so that we capture accurate management information and trend data
  • Staying ‘on the ball’ to help us improve the customer experience by reviewing our processes and finding and implementing better ways to support customers

Education / Qualifications

  • No formal qualifications are required as long as you display the characteristics in the ‘Skills and experience’ section below
  • The potential for successful candidates in this role is unlimited. There is the opportunity to grow, with appropriate support and training, within this area of the business or progress into other legal or business roles.

Skills and experience:

Suitable candidates will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Articulate, confident and fluent communicators with a good level of oral and written English
  • A customer orientated approach and focus
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills
  • Advanced IT skills (Word processing, Spreadsheets, Databases, Internet, MS Outlook)
  • A commercial/pragmatic approach to problem solving
  • A committed team player who is effective working with the team and independently
  • Accurate keyboard skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Ability to work flexible hours
