Leanne is one of Riverview Law’s dedicated team of Member Support Advisers*.

Noted for her out-going personality, positive attitude and excellent communication skills, Leanne has previous experience of customer-facing roles with a leading travel provider and with one of the UK’s largest retail organisations.

Leanne describes herself as “definitely a ‘people’ person” and says she enjoys the challenge of the fast-moving customer service environment at Riverview Law. Outside work, she enjoys swimming and socialising with friends.

*Member Support Advisers are based in our service delivery centre in the Wirral in North West England. Every new Riverview Law Myview Member receives a welcome call in the first instance, during which the Adviser can provide a walk-through of our Myview Portal to ensure Members are getting the most out of their free Membership. Advisers are also on hand to answer in-coming calls from Members and are able to refer them on to the Riverview Law sales team or legal advice teams where appropriate.
