Following years scanning the back of food ingredients labels and feeling frustrated with the lack of products available for multiple food allergy sufferers, Sim Smith launched Knead Bakery in 2011.
Set up from Sim’s kitchen at home in London, Knead Bakery has grown quickly and produces a range of gluten, dairy and cane sugar free products on a national scale.
